Illumify Home LLC is a professional lighting design and engineering firm providing services through Illumify Design, including:
- Architectural and engineered lighting design services
- Lighting consulting and system coordination
- Electrical engineering support for lighting systems
- Optional lighting and control product procurement only when tied to an active design engagement
Illumify works with architects, interior designers, builders, general contractors, property owners, and commercial teams. Illumify does not operate as a consumer retail lighting store.
2. Privacy Policy
Your use of this Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices outlined therein.
3. Electronic Communications

5. Professional Design & Engineering Services
Clients engaging Illumify Design services agree to the following:
a. Scope of Services
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Lighting design concepts and layouts
- Photometric analysis and system validation
- Lighting control strategy and coordination
- Design documentation and construction support
Specific scope, deliverables, schedules, and fees are governed by a separate written agreement.
b. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely project information
- Respond reasonably to design reviews and approvals
- Coordinate Illumify’s work with other consultants and contractors
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may impact schedules and fees.
c. Revisions & Approvals
Revisions are limited to those defined in the service agreement. Requests beyond agreed scope may result in additional fees and schedule adjustments.
d. Ownership & License
All design documents, drawings, calculations, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Illumify Home LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients receive a limited, non‑transferable license to use deliverables solely for the approved project and purpose. Reuse, resale, or modification without written consent is prohibited.
6. Product Procurement (If Applicable)
Lighting products and controls may be offered only as an optional add‑on to active design engagements.
- Product availability, lead times, and warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund unless special‑order items are involved.
- All procurement terms are supplemental to—and do not replace—design service agreements.

7. Intellectual Property & Site Content
All Site content—including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and documentation—is owned by Illumify Home LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse is prohibited.

The Site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Illumify makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.

Any dispute arising from the Site or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Atlanta, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
