Jared Jin, is the Chief Operating Officer and Principal of Illumify, where he leads the company’s mission to deliver smart, human‑centric lighting solutions for residential and commercial spaces. A licensed Professional Engineer with over a decade of experience in the lighting industry, Jared combines deep technical expertise with thoughtful design and business leadership.
Before founding Illumify, Jared held engineering leadership roles at Acuity Brands, one of the world’s leading lighting manufacturers. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA from Emory University. Based in Gwinnett County with his wife and two daughters, Jared is passionate about using light to enhance everyday living and create spaces that truly perform.
