• Product Procurement as an optional add-on to our design services, including lighting fixtures, controls, and accessories.

We collaborate with architects, interior designers, builders, system integrators, and homeowners to deliver turnkey lighting solutions from concept to completion.

5. Design Services Terms

Clients engaging Illumify Design services agree to the following:

• Scope of Services: Our services include consultations, lighting design proposals, photometric analysis, control system design, and installation coordination.


• Client Collaboration: Clients must provide timely access to project documentation, respond to design reviews, and coordinate with other project stakeholders.


• Revisions & Approvals: Design revisions are included as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

• Ownership of Work: All design documents, drawings, and specifications remain the intellectual property of IH unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for the intended project.

6. Product Orders and Cancellations

•  Lighting Product Orders: Lighting products are offered exclusively to clients engaged in our design services. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Contact orders@illumifyhome.com for assistance.


• Design Services Contracts: All service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the terms of the signed agreement, including any applicable refund or termination clauses.

7. Intellectual Property
