1. Program Overview
Illumify Home LLC values the support of our community. To show our appreciation, we are offering rewards to anyone who successfully refers clients that complete qualifying purchases of lighting fixtures or lighting projects through Illumify Home LLC.
2. Eligibility
• The referral program is open to all individuals aged 18 and older residing in the United States.
• Participants must provide their referral details at the time of the client’s initial consultation or purchase.
• Referrals must be new clients who have not previously been engaged with Illumify Home LLC.
3. Reward Tiers
Rewards are issued as gift cards or cash-equivalent cards based on the purchase amount, as outlined below:
• Purchases between $500 and $999: $10 gift card
• Purchases between $1,000 and $4,999: $50 gift card
• Purchases $5,000 and above: $100 gift card
4. Cumulative Referral Bonuses
In addition to individual rewards, referrers are eligible for milestone bonuses:
• 5 successful referrals: $50 bonus gift card
• 10 successful referrals: $200 bonus gift card or a premium lighting fixture (valued at Illumify Home LLC’s discretion).
5. Reward Issuance
• Rewards are processed and sent within 30 days after the referred client’s purchase has been finalized and payment received in full.
• Illumify Home LLC reserves the right to verify the validity of the referral before issuing any rewards.
6. Referral Submission Process

• When submitting a referral, please include the following information:
- Referrer’s full name and contact details
- Referred client’s name and contact details
7. Program Terms and Conditions
• Illumify Home LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Fraudulent referrals or misuse of the program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one referrer is eligible for rewards per referred client.
